Kubota with cab and 60" snowblower

Been looking around for a cab Kubota with mid pto for snowblower work. I am retiring and buying a new truck and do not want to be pounding on it snowplowing approx. 1400 feet of driveway. Grabbing a coffee sitting in the tractor with heat and radio is the way I want to go. I do not need a bucket since I have a M6800 with bucket already. I was thinking in the 30 HP range since I do not want to spend too much. It may be used for some rear finish mowing work in the summer but mostly just snowblowing. Will 30 HP be sufficient for a 60" snowblower. Don't trust dealers sometimes on their recommendations.

30hp is plenty to drive a 60 inch snow blower. I ran a 72 inch blower on a Kubota L3410 tractor with about 28hp at the pto for years without issue.
I prefer rear mount blowers, but front or rear, the blower should be sized at least wide enough to cover the tractor width (plus an inch or two).

I think a B2650 HSTC would fit the bill.Only negative I have read is that it is noisy in the cab.

Don't forget some ballast. If you hang a snowblower off the back end without a loader, you may have light steering; make sure you get some front-end weights

Consider getting a HST tractor. Even though the HST trans robs a few HP from the PTO, the variable speed makes snowblowing a lot easier. I used a Woods 74" snowblower on my old L3430 (29 PTO HP) with no issues. If you are planning on using a 60" blower, make sure the track width of the tractor you choose is a couple of inches narrower.

Don't plan on being able to use a radio effectively in the noisy cab of a compact tractor. I have much better luck with radio equipped headphones or one that plugs into an iPad.
