Kubota B2650HST. Kubota Z125S
This machine has a Kohler ZT740 engine, 25 hp and I store it in a shed over the winter. I used to start it (or try to start it) during the winter. This year I wish to pickle it per the operators manual.

The book says to remove spark plugs and mist oil in the cylinders. With what? Can I use fluid film in aerosol? Also, I just replace blades every year, $47.

I personally don't find it necessary for over the season storage to mist the cylinders as your engine oil protects the rings etc. Stabilizing the fuel and topping off the tank is first on the list. Running it periodically is another great defense mechanism to cycle the fuel through the carburetor if you can. If you're concerned, maybe make the last gallon of fuel 50:1 , then top off w/ straight stabilized fuel.

I wouldnt use fluid film in the cylinders as it contains waxes. Use your recommended motor oil.
