Kubota Z28 with mulcher

is this a good machine, pros and cons ..... I'm looking at upgrading mine.. curently have a GF1800 with bagger.. what kind of problems are people having with these..., I know all the new series ones are out but the local Kubuta dealer found one of last years models on the shelf. or should I get this years model, the ZD331
