I know I should have built it myself, and I don't have any excuse except that I don't have the time, but I just bought a 60 in rake grapple from Markham welding and I wanted to let everyone know how happy I am with it. It is pretty much what I would have built if I had built it myself.

I bought the Markham 48'' LD grapple off Fleabay for $850. I love it, and I figured I couldn't build it for much less than that, and I was way to busy anyway. Can't beat it for the price. When my buddy found out I paid 850 bucks for it and he bought a grapple from somewhere that is no better for like 2,500 dollars he was a little P.O'd.

Funny how a 'thread' lays dormant for two years, and 'pops' to the top! I'll be ordering a toothbar from them this week, strictly on the word of the fine folks on this board!! ~Scotty
