I've had quite an experience with the Tractor By Net webstore and staff I need to share. Few months ago ( in December I believe) I ordered Pat's Easy Change System and a Tilt Meter from the store here on TBN. Both products were highly recommended. The package came, along with the holidays and harsh winter weather here in the NY North Country so I put the box away figuring I'd play w/ my new goodies in more pleasant weather and, frankly, forgot about it.
Fast forward to about 10 days ago when I got a call from Brianna at TBN. It seems that, during some kind of audit, she had picked up an irregularity and asked me if the Tilt Meter was in the box. I told her what I related above and that I'd check. Low and behold - it wasn't there. I called her back and she immediately sent it out, free shipping and arrived at my home in NJ the other day.
I just had to relay how impressed I was that they had picked up the error, contacted me and made it right months after - and I hadn't even noticed yet!!
Nice to see service, quality and pride in one's job is still alive and well...what a great site, a great store and a great bunch of folks - especially Brianna!!!
