Is anyone familiar with L-E products? It seems I am the one of very few in my area who uses their engine oil.

I have read about it (about 5 years ago) and it looks good; but; what gets me is a non-synethic oil but at a synthetic price.

Thanks but I will stick to a group 4/5 oil and not a mix of synthic (PAO) and dino (group 2).

Oh, lastly, there 8130 had a calcium level (below 500 ppm) and they had no moly.

You have to buy it from one of their dealers. It is not usually sold at a service station or store. I probably won't be buying it any longer because of the price increase.

gsxr1100,

You are right about the price, it is as high or higher than some syntetic oils. It has an additive called monolec that is supposed to work wonders in an engine. This is probably the last case I will buy.
