I snagged this tractor up real quick
The good:
New radiator , new starter, engine runs like a top with a grunt over 1000 hrs.
The bad:
Horrible tranny leak , as you can easily see where it comes from.
I will have to split the tractor in half and replace the gasket.
I havent done this before, but pretty sure i will just need some, jack stands
Regular hand tools, and time.
How long would this repair take and what tractor cross references with this one. Its grey market. L175?

Yep, its splitting time. Don't do it yourself make sure you have help.

I figure for 650.00 the engine and everything else is worth it. I mean a little work and i will have another to add to my list.
What gasket do you think that is, and how rough of a job is it. Removing hydraulic lines and basic mechanic stuff? I havent split one before.

I downloaded one for a l175 thats what i researched for a cross reference
