Glenn, yup, you got it right! That crumpled blue thing is the temporary home for 'Grumpy', beats setting out in the hot sun, or cold rain (if there is such a thing in this part of the country). The tire is weather checked, but holds air fine, what you see is the tire riding on the edge of the asphalt, it really isn't that low. The young fella wishes he was just as knowledgeable but 20 or 30 years younger! I could handle that 24 to 34 age bracket again!!
