L225 pto stalling

I have a L 225 when using the finishing mower in tall grass the pto slows down and stalls where pto comes out of the rear of the tractor. but the tractor rpm doesnot. gears work fine. Any suggestions?

The PTO section of the clutch pack may be slipping. Do you smell any burnt odder coming from the clutch pack?

it doesnot have slip clutch on shaft.

found the problem.has a clutch pak inside of the casing.Took tractor apart,lookks like a overiding clutch.one way bearing was shot,newpak $525.00to much forme.I put a coupling ,same as thetransmission had joining to the rear end(same length &spline count as the pto pak was)in the pto .Works fine .going to buy a overiding clutch on the pto on back of tractor.
