- L2650 (borrowed)
Hello,
I am borrowing a friend's L2650 for a month
while he is out of the country.
It has a loader and backhoe.
I have filled the backhoe hyd. fluid to
full on the dipstick - he left me a 5-gallon jug.
Is the fill cap on the tractor beneath the seat
(red cap that states "oil") for the loader fluid ??
The liquid in there looks more like hyd. fluid,
and the lines head in and out of this area.
Do I fill it until I see it reach the metal ring ??
I changed the engine oil, which was VERY black.
I do not think there is transmission fluid,
as it is not an automatic...
Other than greasing the fittings,
is there any other preventive maintenance
I should be doing ??
Thanks,
You guys (and this tractor) are convincing me
that I need one of these babies for my ten.
Now if I can convince the wife...
