Most, if not all, tractors built in the last 20yrs have bulit in overrunning clutches. The 2800 DOES NOT have live PTO meaning when the clutch is depressed the PTO driven attachment will stop running, this is what they mean by "transmission-driven" PTO. On a tractor with Live PTO the attachment will continue to run depending on type of engament the PTO uses.
