Grading L30 Front Blade or Similar

Does any have a front blade for their L30 series? It looks fairly beefy in the brochure. I'm wondering how it attaches, how the hydraulics hook up and most importantly what it costs from Kubota?

Any other manufacturers you know of making similar product for pushing dirt / gravel?
