L3010 Add on SCV Price

I have reached the conclusion that I have a need. A need for remote hydraulic connections. The forlift attachment I am building needs hydraulics. Originally I was going to power it off the PB port, but that doesn't make a lot of sense to spend the money for hydraulics up there when I can use the integral system and also have hydraulics out the back for future use. Anyone have any idea what the cost of all 3 remotes are for an L3010. I will do all installation work. Right now I may block off 2 of them and only use the one. But as I understand it, were I to buy just one, it would be useless at a later date if I wanted to upgrade to 2 or 3.

So how about, any info out there?

Good thoughts to buy a double or a triple as these valves are not stackable. The single retails for 722. double for 1040, and the triple retails for 1420. If you have a backhoe set up there is a package to relocate them for operator room when on the hoe.

Thanks. Ouch. Uh. OUCH. /w3tcompact/icons/shocked.gif That's pricey. As in ridiculously pricey. OK, so a hand crank to winch up my forklift is in order. Kidding. /w3tcompact/icons/hmm.gifGuess I'll find another way. $1420 is well beyond my price range at the moment. I had heard a rumbling of around $700, and I sorta assumed that was for all 3. Alas, no.

I thought the same thing about the remotes--until I found out what they cost. It looks to me like I could do a triple add-on through the PB port for about $300. Given that the loader valve makes entry and exist inconvenient on the right side of the tractor (plus the HST pedal is there), I'm thinking I'll just mount it there.

Yes, tapping into the PB and mounting the SCV there was the original plan. Then I thought, now that's dumb. I outta put it in the natural factory intended place where it will be most useful and not waste the money tapping in at the PB. WELL. Now I am back to the original plan. MUCH cheaper. The dealer had said once that it was quite a bit more expensive than the comparable add-on scv's for other brands. Oh well, they do have the corner on the market. But I bet they would sell more if they lowered the dang price.
