check your operators manual it usually says the recommended size for the tractor. What you will pay will depend on manufacturer, location and your ability to deal.

I have a Land Pride 1558 for my L3000DT. I think it will work like a dream for your 3010. I paid $1700 for mine with shipping and slip clutch included. Goes down to 7" depth. Great tiller. Marty

features for a tiller in my mind are: 1. ability to offset the tiller, 2. tiller weight(heavry enough to break sod but light enough to lift, 3. good manual that actually is readable to you, 4. location of oil or grease ports, number of tines per set(the more the better), 5. service available when you break it 6. slip cutch if you can afford it(more maintance) 7. sized for your tractor so you can till under full power for a good till job.

Don,

I have a L3410 and have had no problems with a 60" tiller. You might want to check TSC, they have a KK 60" tiller for $999.

I have a 5' King Kutter2 geardrive. My L3010 pulls it just fine, no matter if I use it in hard or soft soil. It's a well built piece of machinery, I paid around a grand for it.
