Price Check L3130 Price Quote

Had a local dealer quote me a price of $23373 for a L3130 with R4's, Hydrostat, 513 Loader with HD bucker and quick attach, tooth bar, and 2 rear Hydraulics.

Would appreciate comments on whether this a realistic quote or if he is abusing drugs. /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif

Have prices really gone up that much? I may be out of contact with reality. That sounds a bit pricey. Shop around some more. Compare apples with apples. Is that delivered including sales tax? That must be list price. Give him your phone number and ask him to call when he gets serious. /forums/images/graemlins/laugh.gif
For 2K more I got the L3130, R4's, LA723, 72" HD round back bucket with the bolt on edge, bh90 with 18' bucket and a full tank of diesel delivered to my door in Dec 2003 and I don't think I did all that well. Even with inflation and steel surcharges your 23,3 seems up there. How much does 2 rear hyd's cost? 6 or 7 hundred?
The 723 is a more substantial loader that fits this tractors capability quite nicely and I recommend it for moving dirt more so than the 513, it is also necessary if you ever want to add the bh90.
Since I live in the rectum of America the prices here are pretty high and surpassed only by CA, IMO. Pricing does vary by locale due to shipping and what the market will bear so do some shopping and make an informed decision.
And keep this in mind, if you intend to be the final owner of the tractor, as I do, the cost difference between the lowest and highest quote over the liftime of the machine is negligible. Just buy one that you will be happy with, that will do the job you intend.
You will like that tractor, it is the easiest starting diesel, regardless of season and in spite of having the worst fuel in the nation, that I have ever owned.

I didnt have all the options you are after but I got a 3130 with R1 AG tires, 723 loader, and shuttle shift for 16,400.

Dec. 2004 we purchased an L3130 GST, LA513 with quick attach, R-4 loader tires, no remotes for 17,950, which was top dollar for around Augusta GA. We probably gave about $700.00 - $1,000 too much compared to others L3130's in my area.

Sept 04 i bought a 3130 gst,R-4s, 513 loader , HD bucket, bolt on edge, gb72 box blade, E72" tiller, 3 remotes, top n tilt. sun- brella 50hr fluid and filters and touch up paint comped $22715.00 + tax and fees. hope this helps. Good luck

Just took delivery on 5/27/2005 of L3130HST, 513 FEL, Quick Attach, HD Bucket. Total $18340 for the package (dealer quoted $14K for the tractor, $4K for FEL + HD Bucket, $340 for QA).

Any of you guys had a problem with the 3130's 3ph being real jerky while making minor adjustments up or down?

Does the 3130 have a control valve to let more or less hydro fluid flow?

Sounds a little on the expensive side. I bought my L3130, 4X4, ag tires, HST, LA723, quick attach, heavy duty 72" bucket, Woods heavy duty toothbar and Woods GB72 box scrape in Oct. 2004 for $18,962. They had quoted $650 more for R4 industrial tires. The LA513 was going to be about $400 to $500 cheaper than the LA723. How much are they asking for the two remotes? I think you should shop around some more, get some prices from other dealers.

Cchoathe, my 3 point is very smooth and yes there is a control valve for the 3 point flow. If you are sitting on the seat, it is right under you between your legs. Its a small black knob that turns right or left and adjusts accordingly.

$18,125 in October 2004 in Kentucky for L3130hst-f, 723 loader, 72" square bucket with 3 hooks welded on, loaded ag tires, delivered 12 miles to my property.

Good luck on your purchase. Based on what I've seen elsewhere on TBN, your quote appears on the high side, but the two remotes are often an expensive addition.

Find out what he will charge for the bundle without remotes and you can better compare with other prices mentioned on TBN. As always, prices vary by region.
