Price Check L3301

Hi guys, I was out brush hogging at my dad's place and he said he's wanting to move so he's going to be selling his tractor. It's a two year old l3301 with the skid steer quick attach bucket, 5 foot land pride brush hog and the bh77 backhoe.
It had 81 hours on it when I finished yesterday, always kept inside. What should I ask for it? I'm thinking around 23,000. It has R4 tires with rim guard in the rears. Any idea what I should list it for? Thanks for any help Dan

I'd look on tractor house and get an idea where they might be. Call dealer and get pricing on a new one is good way also. I'd say 23k was a steal for someone at that price. Even though you can get zero % financing it's still a great deal at 23. I believe a dealer can get good rates through kubota on used also if you sell through them but not sure. Big loss either way for him trying to sell such a new machine.

23k is a steal with the backhoe, low hours, and the way the tractor has been kept inside IMO.

Craigslist is another source for used tractor pricing but you might need to expand/move your search area to get a comparison.

I'm on pretty good terms with the dealer, we've bought 5 kubotas over the years so I think I'll give him a call tomorrow. Since mom passed away he just wants to move so I told him that I would help him sell it. It's definitely a steal at that price but I don't need it so I guess it's gotta go. Thanks guys, Dan

And now add... 8 to 9 k for the backhoe??? I would think more like 25 to 26 K???
