Oil & Fuel L3400 fuel filter micron rating

Anyone know the micron rating (2? 10? 30?) of the fuel filter on an L3400? I would assume it's 2 microns but my mother told me to never assume (we all know why).

It's always bothered me that there is only one fuel filter. I would prefer to have a Racor 30 or 10 micron pre-filter with water separator bowl along with the on engine filter (assuming it's 2 micron). I think I may get me a Racor 120 and mount it below the air filter, aft of the battery and hang it from the air filter bracket. That filter will allow 15gph of flow and can use 2/10/30 micron filter media. Anyone else done this?

By the way, the filter for the engine is Kubota part number FU19-C. I couldn't find any info on Google.

I think you will find 'good' fuel filters around 15 to 20 micron… KennyV.
