My L3410HST has started to want to creep abit when I have my foot off the pedal. It isn't much but it never did this before. Anyone else have this on there HST?

That does happen! The thing needed to know is when? Is it just when cold? only forward? there are adjustments to correct but first you need to when it is doing it, then you can find the solution. Don't just start adjusting until totally inspecting the linkage.

It does it only in forward and seems like it doesn't matter if it's hot or cold.

Joe for what you are telling me you have a definite problem starting. For the masses I will tell them that you are not to be trying to depress the drive petals unless all brakes are released. this will often bend the linkages and cause your problem. Depending on how bad it is and the age of the unit I would start by lubricating all the linkages to be sure that it isn't binding some how from lubrication. When that is done than I would look to an adjustment.

Art, the unit has apx 20 hours on it. Just started the last time I used her, makes for a real pain in the ^& when changing imps.

Joe first I'd start with the lubrication. In selling the older Cub Cadets tring to get people to use the hydro's right used to get people who would leave there foot on the brake pedal and try and move the hydro lever which normally depending on the effort bent the linkage. It would be just like your tractor and than we would have to go and adjust the linkage. Might have to do it two or three times before we found out which operator was the one that did it and get them to drive it right. We haven't experienced anything like that on these tractors. On a unit as new as yours it could be the paint that could be causing the unit to bind just enough to do it. Try lubing it up first, than we'll move on. I know it can be frustrating to drive right now but you have a good tractor, just needs a little attention.

To tell you the truth I never notice it untill I get off to do something. It goes so slow that in use it isn't an issue, but when I was putting the cutter back on it was just enough the keep me from lining up everything. I'll lube her this weekend and see how it goes. Thanks for the input.
