L3430 - to buy or not to buy

I'm considering the purchase of a L3439HST w/ loader. My question is, not having had a Kubota before, is this a model that is worth having or might it be one to stay away from?

Every mfr comes up with a model now and then that shouldn't have been introduced, unproven new features, etc., that were probably improved in a later generation.

Are there any quirks with this machine?

I had a L3130 the smaller brother to the 3430. I loved it. Silky smooth hydro unit. It was just underpowered for me. If the hp is where you need it then these are great machines.:thumbsup:

My title was correct. I mistyped the model number in the text. L3430 is the machine I'm looking at.

I haven't heard of anything negative about them. We have an 03 5030 that is a pretty nice tractor.

They are awesome tractors. I have a 3830 and love it. It's been a great machine and very dependable! :thumbsup: And I use it! It has nearly 700 hours on it. If the machine is in good shape and has been well cared for I would buy it. Proper maint is key when buying a used machine. Good luck!
