L3540 on a 7000lb. trailer?

Well folks, my tractor came in at the dealer. Waiting for the loader and grapple to come in next week. woo-hoo!

What do you guys think that the realistic weight on the tractor and loader will be. I have a 18' dovetail 7000 lb. trailer and don't know if that will be enough trailer. I'm seldom going to haul the tractor but when I do, I don't want to break anything or be overloaded.

The L3540 tractor weight is 3395 lbs. plus loaded tires and FEL. I can't find any specs on the loader weight and don't know how much the loaded tires will weigh either.

Almost 5800#, not counting implement. Grapple may weigh more than the standard bucket. Considering the trailer probably weighs 1000, you really don't have any margin of safety. Also, 18 feet won't give you much, if any, space to balance the load. Short, slow hauls, once in a while, probably you would get by OK, but more length and capacity is definitely called for.
