I'm thinking the RCF2060 with shear bolt (instead of a clutch) should work fine for my purposes. My little 10HP 26" DR Power Brush mower cut the saplings with ease using the all purpose blade (I put on a Heavy Duty brush blade but haven't tested it yet). Land pride mowers look a LOT more stout than the little DR Power.

Buy a tooth bar for your loader bucket, destroy them.

I have a Paulmco bucket spade from Northern Tool. I got the one that fits on pallet forks rather than the one that clamps on the bucket. It's not that great, but at $150 it beats the he'll out of a shovel for a few small projects. 20 minutes to mount it & dig a hole for a 6' live Christmas tree, then unmount it. Any more than a couple Christmas tree plantings & I'm spending an afternoon to go haul a buddy's backhoe home or renting a mini-ex.

I'm confused by the manual. Stating the 3 Point lift capacity at 24" behind lift point is 2646lbs, but then max mower weight is 770lbs Manual says L4060 max flail mower weight of 880lbs and you're able to do double that.

Here is my theory.

Rotary Cutter max weight of 770 pounds is based on tractors without an FEL to counterbalance Rotary Cutter weight on the Three Point Hitch.

I intend to discuss Rotary Cutter weights with my local Kubota dealer this week.
