I have a L4240 HSTC with about 2000 hours. For a little while now, when you let off the pedal, it will slowly creep in reverse. I have tried adjusting the pedal to the point where it wouldn't start (thinking it's in a movement position) to no avail. I "think" something is bypassing internally as I spend more time on it. I feel like it's missing some speed in forward but still moves in reverse as the same speed it did prior. Does anyone have any experience or suggestions on what to tackle? Do I need to split the tractor or pull the cab to get to the transmission system/valve system? Any help would be appreciated.
