Price Check L5250 cab price

I used this great site before buying my TC45DA a few years ago and it helped ALOT!
We now want a cab model so we can use a front snow blower in the winter.
I loved my NH, but with a cab, the TC45DA is the same price as a L5250 from my dealer.

L5250 Cab,R4s, Mid PTO, Loader, skidsteer plate,square back bucket,radio, block heater : $32,450.
Does this sound alright? I think it sounds like alot for a TC45/cab.
He also quoted me $5250. for the front mount blower with hydraulic rotation.
Is that list?

I just bought same w/rear wiper and work lights and block heater. Also got front blower and front hyd blade. 37.7k
