I tried the phd on the kubota before but didnt like having to stay seated to run the pto. it did great but it hurt my back. So with the MF having a live pto I stand on the ground facing rearward on the left side and operate clutch with my knee and reach across to operate the lift. It runs the phd real good at 600-800 rpm nice and slow with lots of torque.
PHD was a CL score traded a old ford 501 sickle mower for it.
