L5740 Exhaust Modification

I recently got a L5740 and now have about 50 hours on it. The exhaust is turning the loader arms black. No surprise, as it is diesel, but I am disappointed that Kubota didn't make the turn down turn down more so it keeps things cleaner. Anyone else see this happening? Anyone else have a resoultion. If it was a simple straight pipe, I am sure that I could just go to a muffler shop and get something that clamps on, but it is rolled and cut at a funny angle.

Thoughts, ideas, and pictures appreciated.

I have a friend that is a mechanic at a Kubota dealership and he told me that I should consider having the exhaust on my L5740 re-directed due to the exhaust outlet and the intake being so close together. He says I will go through air filters faster due to this issue.
Just FYI.
