John Deere LA 105
While mowing at full temp and throttle the nephew pushed the throttle lever up to full choke position, it immediately stopped running and will not start. acts like it is not getting any gas. however gas mist appears to be coming out of the air intake hole beside the air filter. Any thoughts or advice would be greatly appreciated. Its a John Deere LA 105 with about 85 hours on it. Thanks again

A new spark plug might just make it run and if the air filter has 85 hours replace it too.

If you're seeing "gas mist" around the air cleaner... that would likely indicate a flooded engine - and a "wet" spark plug!

As SandBurRanch indicated a new spark plug and a new air cleaner should do wonders for getting things going again.
