Bought a 4 years old Takeuchi TB219 excavator. It got 2000hours on the meter, and seems to be in good shape. No excessive wear, engine and hydraulics are also looking to be clean.

I experience some of the hydraulic operations to be a bit weak.
- I cannot lift the excavator with both boom and doozer blade at the same time.
- When I lift the boom with max lifting capacaty, and then lift the arm or bucket, the boom will give in for the load, and lower it self.
- The tilt on the bucket seams to be weak, and will give in if I force it into the ground.

These are the symptoms I remember tonight, and after the searches I`ve done, I find the pump to deliver accurate pressures. P1 gave 215 Barg, and P2 gave 221 Barg. P3 and P4 havent been checked at this point, but I think they are good.

The noise when I fully extend boom, arm and bucket reminds me of the sound the reliefe valve will make.

Do anyone have any good tips to check?

The noise when I fully extend boom, arm and bucket reminds me of the sound the relief valve will make.

That *IS* the relief valve, and it is doing what it is supposed to do. So that part is normal, at least.

The related question is, are you hearing that same sound when you overpower the bucket, causing it to "give in", or when you try to pick up the machine with the blade and boom? Do you have a pressure gauge set where you can see it when you hear the relief kick in, and compare it to the design pressure? Have any accessory valves been added with their own relief valves?

The boom dropping when you move the arm/bucket might be from either individual port relief valves, or "load check" valves...I don't know enough about them other than to list them as something to look into. But it also possible this in itself is normal, if "maxing out" the boom, and then your additional arm or bucket movements add an additional load it may mean too much pressure on the boom port reliefs and they are going into relief to protect the valve, hoses and cylinders.

At that many hours, what are the odds it just needs new piston seals all around to account for normal wear?
