Ladder leveler legs?

I've been looking for a quality ladder leveler attachment that I can install on my extension ladder in order to provide stability on uneven ground. As no stores around here sell such a thing I'm trying to sort through the options I find on the Intenet. Hard to separate the hype from reality.

Perhaps someone here can recommend a specific model based on their actual use of one?
