Land clearing, management help

We bought a 60 acre piece of property near Potosi, MO, and about 20 or so acres had been cleared, and there is a pond.
Our problem is that much of that area is overgrown and the pond area especially is a mess. We are going to build there, but also want to do the right thing for the rest of the land.

Any recommendations for someone who does this type of work near Potosi, MO? Thanks.
