I have a Land Pride SGC 1560. It's a much heavier grapple than you are considering. However - it has worked perfectly on my M6040. I've had it eight years now and it's still in mint condition. Only negative - I DO NOT like powder coat paint and that is what is on this grapple. Where it has chipped off - repaint with spray paint.
You should seriously consider modifying your grill guard as I have. Sticks, stobs & limbs have a nasty way of finding your grill, radiator or battery.
