Landscape loaders suck.

They are about useless. Im talking about the Case and John Deere LL with the big gannon boxblade. I got one stuck so bad today im going to have to rent a dozer to get this piece of crap out of the clay. Dont buy one, buy something else.

What is a "Landscape Loader " ?

You have made some fairly harsh statements about equipment without providing much information or detail.
It's kind of hard to have much sympathy for your situation without knowing the whole story.
Is it that the equipment really sucks or is it because you might have been asking the equipment to do something well behond it designed capabilities ?

I will agree, an incompetent or careless operator can get ANYTHING stuck. Remember the saying"

One time, I got a medium duty diesel truck stuck in mud, it wasn't my vehicle but it sure as heck didn't choose where it was going....so I didn't gripe when it got stuck. You can be darn sure I never made that mistake again.

Basically like a fullsize backhoe with a hydraulic 6 way boxblade


I know its so easy to blame someone else but if you ever drive one of these you will know it sucks. Theres a few companies that offer landscape loaders and NONE have 4x4, if it had 4x4 then its a different story but gah. They expect you to use the boxblade but dont give you any traction at all.

Boy or boy ! I don't want to get anything started here but I have put many hours on one through the years and consider them to be one "Very Tough" machine . You must really have that thing sucked up to the mud not to want to come out .I once stuck a small JD450 dozer on flat ground so bad that it took the biggest wrecker in the area to get me out of that mud hole . /forums/images/graemlins/frown.gif The belly pan was sucked up to the mud and when it finally popped loose ,all you could hear was the air sucking loose . I hate to say this ,but it was not the tractors fault that day /forums/images/graemlins/blush.gif . I should have been paying a little more attention .
