- Two Power-Trac 1850s (preferred for mowing and grapple-bucket clearing type work on really steep hills). Kubota M680 for snowblowing, grading, bucket.
I had a pretty good time with my new landscape rake and decided to write a little post about it. The full post is here
Here are some highlights:
The bottom of the 3-point fit in the quick-attach after I bolted the riser bars on the inside of the bottom piece instead of the outside.
The top of the 3-point works with the top-hook of the quick-attach -- it can grab the top now that I've assembled it with the the bushings next to each other and the diagonal bar is far to one side instead of in the middle. Here are the instructions -- this will not work with the quick-attach because the diagonal bar in the center blocks the top hook.
Lots more detail about this in the post and the video. Your mileage will definitely vary, there's lots of small differences in the way that small-attachment 3-point hitches are designed. I didn't think to check before I bought the one I have and lucked out with this solution.
There's one pair of before/after pictures up at the beginning of this thread. Here's another one -- there are a lot more in the post/video.
