A friend works inside sales for a large electrical distributor. He does a small landscaping business on weekends. He has a few select customers, that I guess like him and he makes some good money. He is not looking for more, doesn't have people trying to constantly trick him or cheat him, or not pay for his hard work.
Personally, with a full time job, I don't know where he finds tha enthusiasm or energy. Maybe, it's because he has a desk job 9-5.
There was a very interesting Youtube Video about a landscaper that was sent to a house (for sale) to do some quick clean up work. Long story, short. Someone was trying to scam him with a stolen credit card, and he was asked to put a lot more draw on the card (plus a nice tip for himself), that he was to give to the customer, on account of some made up story. The house, was just picked at random.
