larger tires on boomer 41, etc

I noticed that the higher HP boomers have gone to a 12 x 16.5 tire instead of the usual 10 x 16.5 that most of them used to run and most other compact tractors run. Is that for more grip??

More grip and probably better ckearance?

Better ride, too. Larger tire rolls over depressions better / smoother.
