I need to install a headlight on a Grillo 107d. What is the largest wattage I can install and not drain the battery?

I really don't know the charge capacity of these things, but I mounted a tractor work light on mine, probably 55w, and have not had an issue, but I don't use it much. If I didn't already have a light just laying around, I would get one of the LED worklights, some draw a little as 9 watts. I also have a solar panel I can hook to mine if needed for extra charge. I would also mount the light just as high as possible, mine needs to be a little higher.

I think the charging coil is 3 amps on the electric start models. That's the only Honda charging coil I see available. So, stay under 36 watts if you don't want to drain the battery.

There are many LED options out there these days, the RIGID LED flood lights are pretty tough. Halogen is such a waste of power with the LED and HID options out there. Much more light per watt.
