Hey guys,
It's been a long couple weeks to catch up on things. Not having Internet at the rural property really makes it tough getting all the pictures and stories together, instead of posting on a regular basis.
You may have heard that Larry visited us in 3R in anticipation of the arrival of Loretta's new 284 Jinma 4x4? Well, it got hung up in customs and was delayed until after he left. So instead, we ended up goofing around the property and hanging out at South Camp. Larry also checked out the home and did a few projects to my Kama for me.
Larry and I (and our wives now) have become really good friends over the last few years. We've helped each other on numerous projects and made trips to each other's homes.
After picking him up at the airport, we made a bee line out to 3R ... about a 4 hour drive with the trailer in tow. We had several items like bath tubs and other stuff to deliver to our builder for the log home.
Of course that was when it was pretty cold up there. Larry didn't mind since we got him a new air mattress and lots of sleeping blankets.
I'll share a few photos taken during his visit.
This is my friend Larry. He looks right at home in his Western attire, right?
His sleeping quarters at South camp.
Loretta messing in the kitchen and then by the fire pit.
