Leaky Hydraulic Lines

My Jinma 354 leaks from many of the hydraulic fittings on both the FEL and backhoe. Can this be repaired or do I need to replace the lines and if so, where can I get better ones? Note the arrow in the picture showing where the leaks are coming from. The 2 metal fittings act as a swivel and feel rather sloppy like the crimp was not done all the way. Are the threaded fittings and hose sizes something a local hydraulic hose shop is likely to have? Thanks for the help. Bill

Hard to saw exactly what type of fitting it is without seeing the fitting and place it attaches discnnected. It could simply be a pipe thread fitting or JIC and it is not tight enough to seal the mating surfaces ( pipe thread swivel will mate to fitting with proper lip, vs to threads, as in normal pipe thread application..e tc. ).. could be bad o ring on an ORB fitting or face fitting.. etc.

If they already leak.. don't be afraid to put a wrench on them and pul them apart and see what is what.

I did take the fitting off, but there doesn't seem to be a way to get to where it leaks. If you look close (lousy cell phone picture) you can see little stamped squares in the metal where it was crimped. It's like it wasn't crimped completely.

There is prob,a O-ring seal inside the fitting,or should be.That looks like a swivel fitting that will get tight,take a pic of the inside of the fitting when you have it off

Bill, this is probably not what you want to hear ........

I don't sell the China ZL20 or ZL30 loaders.... with that being said.

I have had numerous request for those hoses. Seems the factory hoses are hard to find.

They are designed to swivel there and they are known to leak. I am hopefully days away from being able to offer a aftermarket [better] replacement for those four lines from the loader valve going to the hard lines for the ones that want to keep the China valve.
