Lean-to off 32x24 garage - price?

I'm thinking of having a 34x36 lean to added to the 32' side of my block garage (separate from house). It will be same 4/12 pitch tin roof, 6x6 posts as needed, gables covered, but rest open. Actually, this might not be a lean to, but more like an extension off garage, the 32' side. How does $8,000 sound for a job like this?

8 grand sounds about right in my neck of the country.
