Lease rates for farm land

Would like to get some thoughts on what a landowner should get per acre for a farm lease. I have a small piece about 25 acres that is planted in soybeans. The farmer pays us $25/acre plus we still get the farm subsidies. Any thoughts on this subject?

Just out of curiosity.. Is this a monthly or yearly or other fee? I have seen lease rates listed in Progressive Farmer and was never clear on the time frame

$50 to $75 an acre is the norm for my area (northeast Ohio). I've seen a few people post from the midwest that get alot more. Of course I only lease out a few acres to a local farmer.

approaching 245 acre here in SW minnesota. I don't think it will last, land price has dropped about 1000 an acre in the last thirty days.

I get $62 an acre CRP. Don't plant anything still get to hunt it ground.
