left side coolant drain location 4530

Hello.
I need to drain my coolant and looking for the coolant drain for the block on the left side. I have a block heater. Would it be that location?

I know on my 4025 that it is a pipe plug located on the left side of the block....I don't have a block heater, so that might be it

Is it right above the starter?

I pulled the heater and it worked. So I guess so..
