Leinbach Model 19 Plow-Its Here

After seeing Devildog's photo thread profiling his Leinbach plow <A target="_blank" HREF=http://www.tractorbynet.com/cgi-bin/compact/showflat.pl?Cat=&Board=photos&Number=114207&page=0&view=collapsed&sb=5&o=0&fpart=>Breaking in new plow</A> I also decided to get one. I've purchased direct from Leinbach Machinery before and found them good to deal with so the first thing I did was inquire to see what was available to me.

Price FOB along with a freight quote was $209 +$63 to ship it up here to ME from NC. I also kept the trucking charges down to minimum by going over and picking it up at the local truck terminal (about 6mi.) instead of them having to deliver it to the house. I'll be ready to go when the ground finally dries up around here./w3tcompact/icons/smile.gif

BTW the loco Kubota dealer quoted me $500 for the same plow delivered.

I was looking over my paper work for taxes yesterday and I paid $395 for a model 91 14" Leinbach moldboard - delivered to my house by the dealer!!

Getting plenty of use out of mine, The wife wants a bigger garden. No problem since she is also the finacial manager and approved the funds/w3tcompact/icons/wink.gif Only problem is after plowing we have to pick up all the big rocks so it dont tear up the tiller.

Yes, JMIII, Jim seems to have this way about him. He (and cedarranch) have me talked into a United 5' boxblade. Was even kind enough to shoot me some pics in an email. Ya'll watch out for Jim, he can talk you into spending your hard earned money, though I must say he does a good job helping to find deals. The united BB is made very similar to the 25 series Land Pride. And about $200 less./w3tcompact/icons/smile.gif

Leinbach doesn't have their own web page as far as I know.

Run a TBN search for "Leinbach" too.

The URL provided by DFB reference the larger moldboard plow (model 81). I just looked over their posted costs and the plow that I bought would be about $25 dollars cheaper that I spent on mine. This plow can be expanded to a two bottom plow from what I understand.
