Hello, well I've been enjoying my first tractor for a little while now..

Still can't find a user handbook, was wondering if anyone knows what the orange cap next to the injectors is?
I've attached a picture...

found an engine drawing on this forum, looks like the orange screw cap opens into a gearbox, the gears drive the diesel pump.. should there be oil in there? if so anyone know what type....
