he put bout 12hrs. on it brought it bac with the hydro.fluid light on . i ve put almost 3 gallons ofsuper udt in and the fluid is bac in the bubbleglass[level indicator?]. the light is still on! did he do damamge to my tractor or is there a simple reset somewhere? and yes i ve learned my lesson thank you in advance....

That seems like alot of fluid to add. If it lost that much, I would think you have a line broke or cut. Any noticeable oil marks anywhere? I would ask your buddy what happened since you had to add so much fluid. Doesn't sound good to me at all.

No kidding. Either you allowed the fluid to get quite low which in itself may indicate a problem or the borrower did something that caused it to loose that much fluid.
