Kubota B3200
My B3200 smoked like a fiend every time I started it up when it was cold out. I installed a block heater last week - OEM Kubota model. Today we got hit with another snowstorm so I used my usual plow rig (Yamaha Rhino w/ a 6' plow) to get most of the snow off the driveway. I plugged in the heater before I took the Rhino out of the garage. The tractor is parked in the garage too but it's not heated. I spent about an hour or so clearing up the driveway. I had some pretty big piles of snow on the edges and end of the driveway that I wanted to move back with the tractor. After an hour of warming it fired right up with very little smoking. It looked like it normally does when I start it in the middle of the summer. I'm happy with the heater, got the tractor warmed up faster with a lot less smoke.

They are nice to have when they work! (OEM for theBX25D) Mine failed after only 2 weeks but the dealer is coming to pick up the tractor to fix it this week...not sure why mine failed so quickly?

great little accessory! it doesn't get cold enough here for me to *need* a block heater but i like the peace of mind that comes with knowing that i'm saving a bit of engine wear - plus the machine gets to operating temperature a bit quicker when i need to plow before leaving for work.

here's my temp gauge on startup (~20F outdoors)
