My B3200 smoked like a fiend every time I started it up when it was cold out. I installed a block heater last week - OEM Kubota model. Today we got hit with another snowstorm so I used my usual plow rig (Yamaha Rhino w/ a 6' plow) to get most of the snow off the driveway. I plugged in the heater before I took the Rhino out of the garage. The tractor is parked in the garage too but it's not heated. I spent about an hour or so clearing up the driveway. I had some pretty big piles of snow on the edges and end of the driveway that I wanted to move back with the tractor. After an hour of warming it fired right up with very little smoking. It looked like it normally does when I start it in the middle of the summer. I'm happy with the heater, got the tractor warmed up faster with a lot less smoke.
