JD is no different. Go to your dealer. JD tech support is for the dealers.

The problem is not the tractor, it is issues with the backhoe for which they have no answers. My biggest gripe is that the bucket is coming in contact with the boom. On my previous NH TLB the boom had a bracket on it that kept the boom & dipperstick far enough apart that contact was impossible. Even the 930 Gh backhoe, the predsessor to my 935 had that stop bracket on it but this hoe doesn't. I have since found out that the problem is fairly common on other brands too.

No one at the dealer ever said thank you for choosing NH, thank you for your purchase, nothing. They supposed to take time at the delivery to explain everything and answer any questions, do the delivery checklist at the rear of the owners manual, sign and date both copies and take one for themselves. They dumped the tractor off and did not even say "boo". They left the brush guard off and when I called and told them they wanted me to come pick it up and put it on myself. I told them that I had already paid for them to put it on and after some discussion they finally sent a mechanic out to put it on. They didn't even give me an extra key. I paid 10% down which they used my money for over 6 months then I finished paying it off before delivery. Since I didn't finance anything I think they feel like they are no longer obligated to me. If I ever get a spare key I will probably have to make a scene to get it ! As I stated before, they had 2 new NH tractors on the lot and about 100 Kubotas. I don't think they care that much about NH.

ya, i find it is the same for everything. Im a Generac Tech and i always hear customers complain that when they call Generac tech Support they get no real answers. When i Call in i get loads of support. Its a liability issue i believe. Im thinking that with todays lawsuits they dont want someone getting injured following their advice and suing. Heck, i can hardly get any good help even calling the bank anymore.

With my Kioti i have never had any issues getting help with, however i have always gone thru the dealership for help. I would not expect Kioti tech support to be of any help to a customer.only the trained techs.
