No snow, but we got ice...

Almost doesn't qualify as a snowstorm, but our first real snow of the season, around 3 inches.

Here's a photo out the front window this afternoon.
Wind was gusting 40+MPH and snow going horizontal.
Winter is here!

Sorry but the storm just missed us as it travelled just south of the MI UP.

We had about an inch of ice first. Power was out for five days and then we had about 7 inches of snow on top of it all. I am ready for spring and winter hasn't even started yet.

These were taken 12/17/07. Supposed to be upper 40's with rain on Saturday then back to snow by Christmas Eve.
