This is a follow up as I assumed a few things when I made my suggestions. The valve is to be put a the highest point ie 12 O clock. The other suggestion I made about jacking the axle up was to take the tractor weight off the tire so then as the ( stuff smells like a rotting mouse nest with all their feces ) comes out the least amount comes out. Because if the tractor weight is on the tire it will deform and more fluid will be lost. If you can get the fluid so that is just to the valve stem at 12 O then in the future you can back up onto a 4x6 and check your tires and not have a drop come out.
