leveling, raising, lowering angle on 3pt

I have a Kubota 3400 and the angle up/down adjustment on the 3pt arm is a pita, I was looking at replacing one side with something more easily adjusted, like this: Leveling Box F/Super Major has anyone used one and how well do they work? I don't see any reviews on them but my local tractor supply has them for sale. I need create a bunch of swales with my boxblade and this would be really handy if it actually worked like I expect it to.

PS I can't install TnT with hydraulics etc right now due to time and money but I need to get these projects done.

That's a standard part on most tractors it is on mine.

That type gear drive is standard on Ford and New Holland for sure. Some others may have it also, but many have a turnbuckle design that if kept greased up works fairly easily if there is no pressure on the arm. My BIL's New Holland has the crank style just like the old 8N Fords had and it works fine, very easy to crank up and down but it does take a lot of rounds on the crank since it is geared down a bit. If you have the type that has a lock nut and needs 2 wrenches to move it, likely you would be impressed with the gear type shown.

That is the one that came on my trac when I bought it new. I have never had a problem with it. I have a 1949 Ferguston and it has the same type on it.

thanks for the responses, I can move mine with no problem when there is no pressure on it but if I want to make adjustments in the field it's a matter of fiddling with the up/down hydraulics to relieve pressure so I can adjust the angle. having the crank seems easier to use even if there is pressure on it making for quicker adjustments.
