I'd sure like to get one of those when it's time to trade in the wife's car...
maybe next year the price will come down on them and we both have secure jobs.

Looks likes HIS and HERS diesels are in store for you and Mrs. Nixon. /forums/images/graemlins/cool.gif

Commissioner Gordon just reminded me of his Kubota too, so I'll try this again...

Gerard, I really don't know why She wants to make the switch . The two subarus we have owned have been flawless . Personally I think she should stay with whats proven to serve her best. But then it's her choice and money.
I guess change for the sake of change /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif
Junkman , The daughter has a Jetta TDI . It's a very nice car indeed .It gets incredible mileage ,and for a 1.9 litre engine has a lot of power . But the wife drives about 100 miles a day in All weather conditions and wants high mileage and aw/fw drive .
Thinking about it some more . Maybe that's why she wants the CRD. I drive a diesel Pick Up and own a diesel tractor , the daughter has a diesel car..... The wife feels left out /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif John

Well if that's the case, then offer to buy her a bigger tractor with a cab just for her! /forums/images/graemlins/shocked.gif /forums/images/graemlins/ooo.gif /forums/images/graemlins/smirk.gif /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

I would buy one in a heartbeat, but they are not being sold or allowed to be registered in my state (Massachusetts) because the diesel engine does not meet CA EPA regulations.
Bummer /forums/images/graemlins/mad.gif /forums/images/graemlins/mad.gif /forums/images/graemlins/mad.gif
