Rake Lienbach rock rake gauge wheels?

I'm trying to find gauge wheels for my 6' Leinbach rock rake. The dealer I bought the rake from about a year ago says that they aren't available. Two other local dealers and one in TN also say they can't get them. I have seen the wheels on other rakes and if necessary I could build a set, But I would really like a bolt on solution. Any help would be appreciated.

I bought mine about 2 years ago from s small dealer in Sharon Springs, NY - James McFadden. If memory serves the pair cost ~$160. They are heavy duty, just like the rake.
